Our shoes are made to order and are not sold immediately. Here is how a pair comes to life.
Consult
Tell us the style, occasion and colours you love. Send photos or ideas by message or email.
Measure
Visit for a fitting, or follow our home-measuring guide. We record both feet in detail.
Design
Choose leather, colour, sole and details. We confirm a sketch and quotation with you.
Craft
Your last is carved and the shoes are cut, stitched and lasted by hand. A trial fit may be arranged.
Deliver
Collect in person or receive by tracked shipping, in Thailand and worldwide.

In person
Private session at the atelier. Both feet are traced, measured and photographed. About 60 minutes.
Home guide
We send a printable template and a short video. You measure at home and send us photos.

For overseas clients. We guide each step live and check the result with you.

- Tables are approximate: every maker cuts a little differently, and a half size either way is normal. Every pair we make is based on your own foot measurement, so this guide is only a starting point.
- UK, Australia and India use the same numbers. Russia and most of continental Europe use EU sizes. Korea and Mexico size by foot length in centimetres (Korea in millimetres, so 24.5 cm is 245).
- How to measure: stand on a sheet of paper, mark the longest toe and the heel, and measure between the two marks. Measure in the evening, when feet are largest, and use the longer foot.

Can I buy a pair right now?
No. Every pair is made to order for your feet, so nothing is sold off the shelf. Start with an enquiry and we will guide you.
How long does it take?
Usually 8 to 12 weeks after the design and measurements are confirmed. We will give you a clear date with your quotation.
What does it cost?
Price depends on the style, leather and details. We quote after we understand what you want, with no obligation.
I live abroad. Can I order?
Yes. We guide you through home measuring with photos and a printed template, and ship worldwide with tracking.
What if they do not fit?
We arrange a trial fit when possible and adjust the shoes with you until they feel right. Details are confirmed with your quotation.
How do I care for my shoes?
Use shoe trees, rest them a day between wears, and polish lightly. We include a simple care card with every pair.
